Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a NASICON-based method for preparing a current type NOX sensor. The method includes the steps that NASICON powder is prepared with a high-temperature solid phase method, and a substrate is manufactured; NaNO2 serves as electrode materials, TiO2 serves as NO catalytic oxidants, and the sensor is prepared with the screen printing technique. The sensor can detect the total content of nitric oxide under the environment concentrate and can sensitively respond to low-concentration NO2 and low-concentration NO in the environment. When the working temperature is 150 DEG C, the sensitivity of responding of the prepared sensor to 100-1,000-ppb NO2 and NO can be 1.358 nA/ppb and 0.765 nA/ppb, the lower limit of detection can be 50 ppb, responding time is 77 s and 43 s, and disturbance of disturbance gas such as CO2 and vapor is quite small. The prepared sensor is small in size, simple in structural technology and low in cost, and the sensor can be microminiaturized further with the integrating technology. |
