Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an enhanced acridinium ester luminescence system, which comprises a pre-activating liquid, an activating liquid, and acridinium ester linked to a to-be-detected object. After linked to the to-be-detected object, the acridinium ester linked to the to-be-detected object gives out light through actions of the pre-activating liquid, and the activating liquid in sequence. The pre-activating liquid is a solution of H2O2 containing 0.125-1% of a stabilizer and 0.125-1% of an enhancer, and the activating liquid is a solution of NaOH containing 0.125-1% of the stabilizer and 0.125-1% of the enhancer, wherein the stabilizer is dimethylformamide or ethyl alcohol, and the enhancer is Triton X-100 or Tween-20. According to the invention, the luminescent intensity of the acridinium ester is effectively enhanced, and the probability of occurrence of bubbles in the luminescence system is reduced. The freezing point of the luminescence system is lowered, so that the luminescence system is unlikely to freeze during long-time transportation in winter.
