Device for detecting direction column upper connecting plates and handlebar tube fixing seats of motorcycle

The invention discloses a device for detecting direction column upper connecting plates and handlebar tube fixing seats of a motorcycle. Two detection columns (1) are disposed side by side to the left and right. Top portions of the detection columns (1) are provided with small studs (2). Top faces of the two detection columns (2) support a positioning plate (3) together. Two groups of detection holes (3b) arranged in parallel at left and right sides are disposed in the positioning plate (3). Each group of detection holes (3b) contains a front detection hole and a rear detection hole. The line of the centers of the four detection holes (3b) form a rectangle and the center of the enclosed rectangle is located at the center of a line of the centers of two mounting holes (3a). Detection bolts (5) penetrate through the detection holes (3b) respectively. The heads of the detection bolts (5) are supported by an upper plate face of the positioning plate (3). The invention is simple in structure, easy to implement, convenient to operate, and capable of detecting the assembling accuracy of the direction column upper connecting plates and the handlebar tube fixing seats to as to ensure conformity of production and prevent the handlebar tube mounting skew.
