Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a pass line sealing device and a refrigerator, and relates to the field of household electric appliances. The pass line sealing device and the refrigerator are invented in order to solve the problems in the prior art that sealing is not stable, and a connecting line is not fixed firmly in a pass line hole. The pass line sealing device comprises a positioning plate, a pass line sleeve and a sealing sleeve, wherein the positioning plate is provided with a first pass line hole; the pass line sleeve is fixedly connected with the positioning plate and provided with a second pass line hole in the axial direction; the sealing sleeve is made of elastic materials; a third pass line hole is formed in the sealing sleeve; the lateral wall of the third pass line hole penetrates through the second pass line hole in a matched mode, and the outer surface of the lateral wall of the third pass line hole is matched with the inner wall of the second pass line hole through a conical surface structure. The pass line sealing device and the refrigerator can be used for sealing the pass line holes.
