Adjusting and control method for air conditioner

The embodiment of the invention discloses an adjusting and control method for an air conditioner to solve the problems of uneven temperature distribution and large temperature fluctuation of the environment where an existing air conditioner is disposed. The adjusting and control method for the air conditioner comprises the steps that a heat environment parameter of the environment where the air conditioner is disposed is acquired; a predicted mean vote (PMV) value is calculated according to the heat environment parameter; and whether the PMV value meets a preset comfort condition is determined, and heat balance adjustment is performed if the PMV value does not meet the preset comfort condition. The heat balance adjustment particularly comprises the following steps of determining whether the PMV value exceeds a preset balance threshold, controlling the air conditioner to work to reduce the PMV value if the PMV value exceeds the preset balance threshold, otherwise, controlling the air conditioner to work to increase the PMV value.
