Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a high-pressure-difference and small-flow adjusting valve for BDO. One end of a valve deck is fixedly connected with a valve body. A valve seat is arranged inside the valve body. One end of a valve element is installed on the valve deck in a penetrating manner and stretches into the valve body to be in clearance fit with the valve seat. The valve element is formed in the manner that a first element body, a multi-section valve element body and a threaded valve element body are coaxially connected into a whole. In the valve body, the periphery of the multi-section valve element body is in clearance fit with a multi-section sleeve. Stuffing glands are fixedly connected to the other end of the valve deck. Dynamic belleville spring limiting sleeves are installed between stuffing hexagon nuts and the stuffing glands. In the dynamic belleville spring limiting sleeves, a plurality of belleville springs are installed between the stuffing hexagon nuts and the stuffing glands. By means of the threaded valve element body, the multi-section type sleeve and the multi-section valve element body, collisions of multiple times of liquid media in the adjusting valve can be achieved, stable adjusting performance and long service life of the adjusting valve under the work conditions of the high pressure difference and small flow can be achieved, and the application vacancy of domestic and oversea high-pressure-difference and small-flow adjusting valves is filled up. |
