Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-efficiency dyeing process for a polyamide fabric. The dyeing process comprises the following steps: a) blending of a setting material which is an immersion liquid prepared from 26 to 28 parts of an anti-heat yellowing auxiliary agent and 13 to 18 parts of potassium hydroxide; b) setting of a gray fabric, wherein the temperature of the immersion liquid is maintained at 180 to 190 DEG C; c) fiber treatment; d) pre-dyeing; e) low-temperature dyeing, wherein 1 to 4 parts of benzyl alcohol, 2 to 6 parts of acetic acid and 3 to 7 parts of rare earth are added into the immersion liquid, and the immersion liquid is maintained at 40 to 50 DEG C; f) dyeing: a step of adding dyes consisting of telon yellow, telon blue and telon emerald blue and mixing water with the dyes so as to obtain dye liquor, wherein a weight ratio of the dye telon yellow to the fabric is 0.05: 1, the weight ratio of the dye telon blue to the fabric is 0.05: 1.2, and the weight ratio of the dye telon emerald blue to the fabric is 0.5: 1.1; and g) dye fixation, The dyeing process enables dyes to easily enter the interior of the fabric; the dyes have great adhesion and are hard to fall off after illumination or washing; and the process is simple and has low cost.
