According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the following steps that aftertreatment is performed on the fabric obtained through cheese winding, warp sizing and weaving, and the surface of the fabric is ironed smooth; metallic silver is deposited on the treated fabric surface by adopting an electromagnetic sputtering technology; the fabric treated through silver deposition is rinsed; the rinsed fabric is drained and then naturally dried. The anti-bacterial treatment method for a garment and the fabric is simple and quick and can lower the working intensity, and meanwhile the good anti-bacterial and health-care effects are achieved.
