Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a wear-resisting and corrosion-resisting alloy for bucket teeth and a preparing method of the wear-resisting and corrosion-resisting alloy, and belongs to the technical field of the alloy. The wear-resisting and corrosion-resisting alloy is prepared from, by weight, 70% to 75% of wolframium, 3% to 5% of chromium, 1% to 2% of silicon, 1.1% to 2.2% of strontium, 1.7% to 2.2% of vanadium, 2% to 3% of cobalt, 0.8% to 2% of manganese, 0.2% to 0.3% of cerium and the balance auxiliary materials. The auxiliary materials comprise graphene, nanometer titania and nanometer aluminum oxide, and the mass ratio of the graphene to the nanometer titania to the nanometer aluminum oxide is 3:1-1.2:1.5-1.8. The preparing method is simple, and the prepared wear-resisting and corrosion-resisting alloy for the bucket teeth is of a good wear resisting structure and is high in hardness, good in tenacity and heat resistance, excellent in corrosion resistance and easy to apply and popularize. |
