Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a bovel redox polymerization assistant signal amplification molecular diagnosis method and belongs to the technical field of molecular diagnosis. The method comprises that reducers such as hydroxyl-rich macro-molecule substances and vitamin C connected to a substance to be detected and oxidizing agents such as a tetravalent cerium salt and hydrogen peroxide form a redox couple, the redox couple undergoes a redox reaction to produce an active free radical, and the active free radical can initiate monomer in-situ polymerization under very mild conditions of a normal temperature, normal pressure and an aqueous solution so that the signal of the detected substance is amplified. The method can detect a p53 gene sequence and a single point abrupt change sequence, has detection sensitivity of 0.1nM and has a very high naked eye distinguishing capability. The signal amplification and detection method can also be used in related fields of detection of other disease genes and proteins. |
