Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of bio-enzyme preparation production, and discloses a method for producing xylanase through continuous fermentation. Trichoderma viride serves as strains and is cultured to a specific stage, fresh culture media are fed in batches at a certain flow rate, and meanwhile fermenting mash is output at the same flow rate. The method specifically comprises the steps of strain preparing and enlargement culturing, fed-batch fermentation culturing, xylanase purifying and fermentation liquor residue treating. According to the method, no waste is discharged, environment protection is achieved, no pollution exists, continuous fermentation is adopted, therefore, on the condition that the fixed asset investment is not increased, the equipment utilization rate can be improved, the productivity is increased, the enzyme activity level is improved, and the production efficiency can be improved by 20-30%; the enzyme activity fermentation cost per unit is reduce by 10-15%; the enzyme activity level difference among batches is smaller than 5%; the strain residues are used for biogas power generation, therefore, the environment pollution can be reduced, and meanwhile the clean energy is produced. |
