The micro-ecological preparation for medium-sized and small-sized reservoir ecological aquaculture feed plankton cultivation comprises an active yeast preparation; mixture of the active yeast preparation and a nitrobacteria preparation according to weight part ratio of 1:1; mixture of bifidobacterium preparation and a bacillus subtilis preparation according to weight part ratio of 1:1; mixture of the bifidobacterium preparation and the nitrobacteria preparation according to weight part ratio of 1:1; or mixture of the active yeast preparation, the bifidobacterium preparation and the nitrobacteria preparation according to weight part ratio of 1:1:1; mixture of the bifidobacterium preparation, the bacillus subtilis preparation and the nitrobacteria preparation according to weight part ratio of 1:1:1.
