Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a highly wear-resistant iron oxide black pigment which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of modified iron oxide black, 4-8 parts of silicon carbide micropowder, 2-4 parts of corundum powder, 6-8 parts of sodium silicate, 0.1-0.2 part of azodiisobutyronitrile, 3-5 parts of polyethylene glycol, 0.1-0.2 part of barium petroleum sulfonate and 10-15 parts of styrene. The iron oxide black pigment disclosed by the invention not only is high in tinting strength, good in temperature resistance, easy to disperse and good in processing performance, but also has excellent wear resistance, and is not easy to scratch and wear and is good in using performance. |
