The stain resistant easy-to-clean permeable ceramic brick comprises a bottom material layer and a stain resistant surface material layer, and is characterized in that the bottom material layer adopts existing industrial residues; the stain resistant surface material layer adopts raw mineral materials and chemical materials, and a formula of the stain resistant surface material layer comprises the following materials in percentage by weight: 6 to 16 percent of kaoline, 16 to 48 percent of quartz, 20 to 66 percent of potassium feldspar, 5 to 11 percent of soda feldspar, 1 to 5 percent of calcite, 1 to 6 percent of calcinedtalc, 0 to 2 percent of calcium borate and 1 to 4 percent of alumina powder; a product is obtained through the procedures of preparation of a bottom material and a stain resistant surface material, material distribution, forming, drying and sintering. The production method provided by the invention is scientific, reasonable, relatively low in production cost, easy to implement, high in yield, and good in product quality, and therefore has wide market prospect.
