The invention relates to a railway vehicle hand braking anti-reversion device. A stopping limiting device is arranged on the lower portion of a hand braking case body, the stopping limiting device comprises a barrel-type outer ring which is in rigid connection with the hand braking case body, a barrel-type middle ring arranged in the outer ring and a barrel-type inner ring arranged in the middle ring, and the barrel-type inner ring and a vertical shaft are limited through a key; the outer ring, the middle ring, the inner ring and the vertical shaft are coaxially arranged, the inner ring can rotate in the middle ring, and the middle ring can rotate in the outer ring; the outer wall of the inner ring and the inner wall of the middle ring are provided with a pair of protruding tables which are matched with each other to achieve rotating limiting, and the outer wall of the middle ring and the inner wall of the outer ring are provided with a pair of protruding tables which are matched with each other to achieve rotating limiting. According to the scheme, by means of the simple mechanical device, the reverse braking problem is solved from the self structure of a hand braking machine, hidden dangers of a worm gear and worm type hand braking machine in the use process are thoroughly eliminated, and the reliability of a barking system is promoted.
