Zusammenfassung:	A folding device for pasting device of folding cartons folding flange of the folding cartons blank includes a transporter for transporting the folding cartons blank in a transporting plane, and at least one folding element moving on a moveable track intersecting the transporting plane by a driving device. According to the invention, the driving device comprises a motor-driven circulatory crank and an adapting piece. The folding element arranged on the adapting piece does not rotate around the point of rotation of the crank, but moves on the closed moveable track. The formed folding device has less potential risk compared with the prior art.
