The device comprises a bench, a main pipe positioning table, a punching knife translation table and a branched pipe positioning table, wherein a chute in slide cooperation with the main pipe positioning table is arranged on the bench, the punching knife translation table and the branched pipe positioning table are arranged in parallel and on the same side of the main pipe positioning table, the sliding direction of the punching knife translation table and the branched pipe positioning table is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the main pipe positioning table, the main pipe positioning table is provided with a main pipe positioning clamp ring for horizontally positioning a main pipe, the branched pipe positioning table is provided with a branched pipe positioning clamp ring for vertically positioning the branched pipe in the horizontal surface in the axial direction relative to the axial direction of the main pipe, the punching knife translation table is provided with a punching knife and a motor, the movement directions of the branched pipe positioning table and the punching knife translation table are parallel and perpendicular to the axial direction of the main pipe, a heating plate is arranged between the main pipe positioning table and the branched pipe positioning table, and a pulley mechanism is arranged on the bench. The processing device can accomplish several steps, simplify the production process, and thus increase the production efficiency.
