Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a forging die preheating tube which comprises steel tubes, an elbow, a nozzle and a nozzle joint, wherein the four steel tubes are interconnected through the elbow so as to form a rectangular heating body, the nozzle joint is connected with one steel tube in the heating body, the nozzle is connected with the nozzle joint, the nozzle joint is provided with a connecting body, the connecting body is provided with a nozzle connecting cavity, the upper end face of the connecting body is provided with two bosses, the upper ends of the two bosses are both bent inwards, the nozzle is provided with a body, the body is provided with a spray cavity, the outer wall of the body is provided with two positioning connection tables, and the upper end face of the body is provided with a threaded connection hole. According to the invention, the time of forging die preheating can be obviously reduced, so that the temperature of forging die preheating is uniform, thereby saving energy, and not destroying the hardness of die cavities of forging dies. |
