The plunger absorption pipes 1 are in sliding fit and connected with plunger absorption pipe sleeves 2. The plunger absorption pipe sleeves 2 are fixed to a self-absorption pump shell body 43 in a welded mode. The plunger absorption pipes 1 are connected with connecting rods 4 through rotating pins 3. Hinge lug bases 6 are connected with the connecting rods 4 through rotary pins 5. An adjusting dial 7 is fixed to a box body upper cover 16 in a welded mode.
