Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a bubble-film method desulfurization and dedusting system. The system comprises a number of flue gas pipes (31), bubbling pipes (32) located in the middles of the flue gas pipes (31) and absorbing and moistening liquid conveying sub-systems (33), a liquid bubble releasing device (321) is arranged on each bubbling pipe (32) and used for bloating liquid bubbles into the corresponding flue gas pipe (31), and the lower end or the upper end of each bubbling pipe (32) is connected with the corresponding absorbing and moistening liquid conveying sub-system (33). By means of the absorbing and moistening liquid conveying sub-systems (33), dense bubbles are formed inside the bubbling pipes (32) by absorbing and moistening liquid containing alkaline active agents through certain air pressure, and the bubbles are infused into the flue gas pipes (31) through the liquid bubble releasing devices (321) on the bubbling pipes (32). Inside the flue gas pipes (31), rising flue gas is converged and mingled with the dense bubbles, so that the flue gas is in sufficient contact with the bubbles, thereby a small amount of residual SO in the flue gas is absorbed, and meanwhile superfine particles in the flue gas are absorbed or moistened and made to enter into liquid or are agglomerated for forming mist drops due to moistening, so that the superfine particles are easier to separate. The invention further relates to a bubble-film method desulfurization and dedusting tower adopting the bubble-film method desulfurization and dedusting system. |
