Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a bulky corm collecting and storing method for scirpus planiculmis. The invention relates to a collecting and storing method for the corms of scirpus planiculmis which is a typical wetland plant and mainly solves the problem that collection and storage of the wetland plant scirpus planiculmis in recovery are unreasonable and scirpus planiculmis is relatively low in survival rate of transplanting. The collecting and storing method comprises: I, from the middle ten days of April to the last ten-day of May, carrying out excavation in a shallow water region where a scirpus planiculmis population grows in a spot manner or a discontinuous manner, then manually picking up bulky corms, and putting the bulky corm in a woven bag; II, before planting, taking out the bulky corms of scirpus planiculmis from the woven bag, washing the bulky corm with water, trimming roots and stems, and selecting the bulky corms which are intact in shape and have healthy sprouts; and III, putting the screened bulky corms in a freshness protection package, controlling the storage temperature and humidity, and storing the bulky corms. Aiming at the characteristics of northeastern cold regions, the optimal collecting regions and times for the corms of scirpus planiculmis are selected, and the corms of scirpus planiculmis are scientifically collected and stored, so that the survival rate of seedling reaches over 90%.
