Straws are used for covering the soil; and the straws are rotted under a natural environment state and then are returned back to the soil or the straws are rotted under the action of native bacteria and then are returned back to the soil, wherein the use amount of the straws is 6.25kg/m -12.5kg/m . Compared with a method for reducing the volume weight of the soil by covering the straws on an orchard and other methods, the aim of reducing the volume weight of the soil can be achieved without the need of damaging a physical structure of the soil, and the covering of the straws can be carried out all the year round; and the straws are brought into the orchard and wastes are changed into valuable things, so that agricultural wastes are treated, the soil is improved and the ecological environment is protected.
