A skin cosmetic comprising the following components (A) to (E): (A) a nonionic surfactant which has a HLB value of 4 to 7, is in a liquid form at 25 DEG C and has a glyceryl group in an amount of 0.005 to 1 mass%; (B) polyethylene glycol which has a number average molecular weight of 2000 to 200000 in an amount of 0.01 to 10 mass%; (C) ethanol in an amount of 5 to 50 mass%; (D) at least one active ingredient selected from a cooling agent, a warming agent, a bactericidal agent, an antiperspirant agent, an astringent agent, a deodorant agent, a skin-whitening agent, a ceramide compound, an anti-inflammatory agent, a blood circulation accelerator, an ultraviolet ray protective agent, an antioxidant agent and a powder; and (E) water.
