Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a submarine cable area video alarming method based on thermal imaging, and relates to a video alarming method. At present, water area security monitoring for a submarine cable protection area is high in miss probability and low in reliability. The submarine cable area video alarming method based on thermal imaging is characterized in that a ship target is extracted from a background image through an image segmentation technology in thermal imaging alarm analysis; the edge of an image is detected through a first-order derivative and a second-order derivative in image segmentation, and judgment is carried out on the grayscale so as to combine edge segments into a longer edge; the first-order derivative is used for judging whether a pixel point in the image is an edge point or not; the second-order derivative is used for judging an edge pixel is located at a bright edge side or a dark edge side; and the first-order derivative is calculated by using a gradient operator, and the second-order derivative is calculated by using a Laplace operator. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, a thermal imaging video monitoring technology is utilized, the alarm accuracy is improved, and the missed alarm and false alarm probability in submarine cable operation alarm.
