Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel and a display device, and belongs to the technical field of display. The method comprises the following steps: forming a first conductive pattern and a second conductive pattern on an underlayer substrate; forming via holes in the underlayer substrate formed with a first conductive pattern and a second conductive pattern, wherein the side walls of the via holes are semi-open; and forming a jumper film on the underlayer substrate formed with the via holes. According to the array substrate, the problem that the display quality of the array substrate is relatively poor is solved; the effect of improving the display quality of the array substrate is achieved; and the array substrate is applied to the display device.
