Sample treatment method utilizing SPE (Solid Phase Extraction) column

The invention provides a sample treatment method which mainly comprises the steps of (1) performing sample pretreatment, so as to obtain to-be-purified liquid; (2) putting a to-be-determined sample onto a column, and standing for a period of time, so that the to-be-determined sample is completely adsorbed; (3) leaching the column with a hexane solution, and eluting the column with a dichloromethane solution, so as to obtain sample eluant; (4) concentrating the eluant to a constant volume, so as to obtain sample determination liquid; the urethane content of to-be-determined food is determined by determining the urethane content in the to-be-determined liquid. According to the method, the SPE (Solid Phase Extraction) column is mainly used for extracting the sample solution; the processing mode is simple; the operation is easy; the operation time is short and is effectively saved, and the consumption of a solvent is reduced; because less product pollutants are generated in the whole process, the method has the advantages of environmental friendliness and economy.
