Portable permanent magnetic probe for detecting insulation protective fabrics and detection system

The invention discloses a portable permanent magnetic probe for detecting insulation protective fabrics. The probe comprises a left probe seat and a right probe seat; the left probe seat and the right probe seat are both provided with an electrode and a permanent magnet, a plug and an antistatic film are arranged on two sides of the left probe seat, a plug and an antistatic film are arranged on two sides of the right probe seat; a wire that is electrically connected to the electrode is arranged in the plug; and the magnetic pole of the side provided with an antistatic film of the left probe seat is opposite to the magnetic pole of the side provided with an antistatic film of the right probe seat. The detection system comprises a suspension support, a hand-held light-shadow scanner, a combined control box, a display and a permanent magnetic probe. The hand-held light-shadow scanner collects the images of external surfaces of insulation protective fabrics so as to label the defect areas. The permanent magnetic probe measures the insulation performance. According to the provided permanent magnetic probe, the left probe seat and right probe seat are respectively arranged on two sides of fabrics, thus the detection is reasonable and scientific; the problem that megger cannot be operated in the detection is solved, the beneficial effect is prominent, and the promotion and application are easy.
