The artistic painting lamp has the advantages that the painting layer and an electric lamp are organically combined together, two functions, namely the decorative painting and illumination of the electric lamp, are achieved, aesthetic requirements of modern people are met, the luminance of the external environment is measured through the luminance transducer of the painting lamp and transmitted to the controller, then the controller controls the luminance of a lamp body, thereby the luminance of the lamp body is adjusted automatically according to the indoor luminance, and application of a user is further facilitated.
