Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an FDY environment-friendly and energy-saving production technology. A polyester melt slice is first pre-crystallized and dried; then filaments are extruded by a spinning case; the melt slice is cooled and solidified via side blowing; the melt slice is heated and fixed via a first heating roller and a second heating roller and then oiled; a main grid is added to the melt slice; and at last the melt slice is rolled and formed; the filaments are air cooled to temperature higher than glass transition temperature; heating roller are employed for proper heating; filament self heat is utilized; heat to water and oil in a traditional technology by the heating rollers can be avoided, so heating roller heating efficiency is reduced and length of the heating rollers can be shortened; when filament beams are fixed on the second heating roller, due to the avoidance of oil agent and moisture in the filaments, less electricity is required and oil smoke discharge can be avoided during high temperature fixation; product quality can be improved via technology parameter optimization; and compared with the prior art, the FDY environment-friendly and energy-saving production technology is advantaged by environment friendliness and energy conservation. |
