Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an anode protection method and an application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: during plating, externally applying voltage to a stainless steel slot, and applying anode current; controlling the anode current to 1-10mA/dm in terms of the slot wall area; taking a nickel rod or a nickel wire as a cathode; enabling a plating slot to be in an electrochemical passivation state within a range of 10-50mm close to the stainless steel slot wall; and during plating, enabling a plating piece to be not in contact with an anode or the cathode, wherein a distance between the plating piece and the cathode is greater than or equal to 2cm. According to the anode protection method, voltage is externally applied, so that the stainless steel slot wall enters the passivation state, thereby effectively prolonging service cycle of a bath solution, reducing work of cleaning the slot wall with nitric acid, namely material consumption, and greatly facilitating chemical nickel-plating production efficiency. |
