The treated gear through the surface compound treatment method is high in surface hardness, good in abrasion resistance and good in film-substrate bonding strength, so that the service life of the gear is prolonged. Compared with a traditional surface treatment process of the gear, the surface compound treatment method for the steel gear is short in treatment cycle and good in surface quality.
