Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a surface compound treatment method for a steel gear. The surface compound treatment method is capable of improving the surface hardness, the abrasion resistance and the film-substrate bonding strength of the gear. The method comprises the steps of pretreatment of a workpiece, vacuum pumping and preheating of the workpiece, washing of plasma, nitrogen treatment of the plasma, secondary washing of the plasma, preparation of a nitride coating through unbalanced magnetron sputtering, turning off of all power sources and gases, holding of vacuum cooling for 2-3 hours, opening of a vacuum chamber and taking out the workpiece after compound treatment. The treated gear through the surface compound treatment method is high in surface hardness, good in abrasion resistance and good in film-substrate bonding strength, so that the service life of the gear is prolonged. Compared with a traditional surface treatment process of the gear, the surface compound treatment method for the steel gear is short in treatment cycle and good in surface quality.
