Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a non-deformation hot galvanizing technique for a thin rolled steel component for industrial use and civilian use. The technique comprises the steps that 1, the two ends of a thin workpiece are lifted through traveling hooks above a galvanized pot; 2, galvanization is conducted in the pot after the galvanization angle is well controlled; 3, galvanization temperature needs to be determined by the thickness delta of a plate, and galvanization is completed in 60 sec or after galvanizing zinc and a steel substrate completely react; 4, after galvanization ends, a centrifugal fan is adopted to generate natural wind for about 20 sec; 5, after air cooling, the thin workpiece is placed in a washing pool to be washed and cooled to the normal temperature, and the original galvanization angle is kept during cooling; 6, inspection is conducted. The technique has the advantages that 1, the galvanization angle is controlled, so that product deformation is reduced; 2, deformation of the thin workpiece can be reduced greatly so that using requirements can be met; 3, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance are realized, and deformation is controlled within an allowable degree after high-temperature treatment; 4, the technique can be widely applied to various components for industrial use and civilian use. |
