Probiotic culture method

The invention discloses a probiotic culture method. The probiotic culture method includes the steps of a, adding soybean juice, yeast powder and brown sugar water into a fermentation tank to prepare a culture medium; b, adopting bifidobacteria, lactobacillus acidophilus and yeast as culture bacteria; c, inoculating anaerobic culture in terms of sterile operation; d, cooling a bacterium liquid rapidly for centrifugal dewatering; e, subjecting the bacteria to freeze drying; f, subjecting freeze-dried bacterium slices to grinding, packaging and refrigeration. The probiotic culture method has the advantages that supernatant of the fermented bacterium liquid is extracted to be added in the culture medium, so that culture cost can be reduced while probiotic quality can be guaranteed.
