Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for extracting a tobacco leaf essential oil by using a compound enzyme. The method includes the following steps: homogenating tobacco leaves and a compound enzyme preparation solution, adding a buffer solution, adjusting the pH to 5.5-5.7, carrying out a reaction for 85-95 min at a reaction temperature of 52-58 DEG C, then distilling, and collecting a distillate, wherein the compound enzyme preparation solution contains a saccharifying enzyme, a compound plant hydrolase and hydrolysis protease. The method utilizes the compound enzyme preparation to extract aroma components in the tobacco leaves, and the aroma components are made into the tobacco leaf essential oil; and by optimization of the process conditions, and reasonable design of the reaction pH, temperature and time, the activity of the compound enzyme preparation is increased, so that the extraction rate of the tobacco leaf essential oil is greatly improved, and the production cost is reduced.
