The production includes the steps of pre-installation, internal-drilling to enlarge holes, continuous multi-time blank moving, moving of a moulding die to a moulding position, and thermal-press plasticization. The fiber cylindrical tube can replace a conventional paper cylindrical tube, is high in strength, can avoid environment pollution due to a papermaking process, save energy, and is valuable to be popularized and applied comprehensively.
