Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the fields of pharmaceutical chemistry and lead compounds in drug discovery, and specifically relates to aryl piperazine derivatives (I). In the formula (I), the definitions of R1 to R5 have been represented in the description. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the aryl piperazine derivatives (1) and anti-tumor applications of the novel derivatives. The provided compounds have been applied to primary pharmacodynamic study and in-vitro antitumor experiments. The results show that some compounds have good antitumor activity and can be used to develop novel antitumor drugs.
