Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a technology for preparing low-carbon alcohol from syngas and coke oven gas. The technology comprises the following steps: mixing coke oven gas and syngas to form crude raw material gas for low-carbon alcohol synthesis; washing the crude raw material gas by low temperature methanol to remove the impurities such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, and the like to produce purified gas for low-carbon alcohol synthesis, recycling the removed hydrogen sulfide after the sulfur is removed, discharging carbon dioxide into the sky; subjecting the purified gas to low-carbon alcohol synthesis, separating the synthesis products, which are in a gas phase and a liquid phase, to obtain a gas product, which is mainly composed of CO, H2 and CO2, and a liquid product, which is a mixture of alcohol and water, subjecting the gas product to the low temperature methanol washing and circulation, combusting the other part of gas product in a torch as exhausted gas or discharging the gas product; and separating the alcohol from the liquid product so as to obtain the low-carbon alcohol product. The technology can obtain a plurality of products, can reduce the excessive production capacity, promote the energy saving and discharge reducing, and adjust the energy structure. |
