Preparation method of foam concrete

The invention discloses a preparation method of a foam concrete. The preparation method comprises following steps: water and a powder material are delivered into an agitator tank for 30s of mixing; polypropylene fiber and a foamed cement foam stabilizing emulsion are added into the agitator tank successively; after 2min of mixing, hydrogen peroxide is added into the agitator tank, and stirring is carried out for another 5 to 8s so as to obtain a thin slurry mixture; the thin slurry mixture is delivered into a moulding box for standing foaming so as to obtain foam concrete green bodies; the foam concrete green bodies are subjected to hot curing in a heating cabin; after hot curing, the foam concrete green bodies are subjected to wet curing at normal temperature so as to obtain foam concrete finished products. The preparation method is capable of solving problems of conventional foam concrete that strength is low, and heat conductivity coefficient is poor.
