Multi-functional thermal insulation board

The invention discloses a multi-functional thermal insulation board. The multi-functional thermal insulation board comprises 30-80 parts of limestone, 40-60 parts of formaldehyde, 10-15 parts of polyurethane, 3-6 parts of nano zinc oxide, 0.8-1.6 parts of organic timber water repellent agent, 5-10 parts of plaster blowing agent, 12-15 parts of aluminium sulphate, 30-40 parts of aqueous solution and 7-15 parts of petroleum sulfur aluminum. The preparation steps comprises: (1) grinding; (2) agitating; (3) atomized compressing; (4) injection moulding; and (5) steam maintenance. According to the multi-functional thermal insulation board, the room temperature can be kept, the multi-functional thermal insulation board has relatively high intensity, cracking can be effectively prevented when the outside is dry, and the thermal insulation board can be prevented from being corroded by bacteria.
