Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a low-raised-dust unpacking and discharging machine. The low-raised-dust unpacking and discharging machine comprises a power assembly, a transmission assembly, a bag breaking assembly, a separating assembly and a machine case. The transmission assembly comprises a feeding transmission part, a discharging transmission part and a waste transmission part. The output end of the feeding transmission part is connected with the input end of the bag breaking assembly. The output end of the bag breaking assembly is connected with the input end of the separating assembly. The separating assembly is provided with a first output end and a second output end. The first output end is connected to the discharging transmission part. The second output end is connected to the waste transmission part. The machine case is a closed machine case. The bag breaking assembly and the separating assembly are arranged in the machine case. The bag breaking assembly is located above the separating assembly. The input end of the bag breaking assembly and the output end of the separating assembly are arranged on the wall of the machine case. The low-raised-dust unpacking and discharging machine can automatically unpack powdered-scrap-shaped materials, and the raised dust amount is very low in the unpacking process.
