Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an unpacking device and method for bagged objects. The unpacking device for the bagged objects comprises a rack. A first conveying belt and a second conveying belt which are parallel to each other are arranged on the two sides of the left portion of the rack. A third conveying belt parallel to the first conveying belt is arranged between the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt. The left side of the third conveying belt coincides with the right side of the first conveying belt and the right side of the second conveying belt. A connection line of the right end of the first conveying belt and the right end of the second conveying belt is parallel to the axis of a transmission shaft of the first conveying belt. The third conveying belt is provided with a plurality of nails. The right side of the first conveying belt, namely the left side of the third conveying belt and the right side of the third conveying belt are each provided with a cutting blade. The unpacking device can separate bags and objects automatically and completely, bags and objects in bags are separated and collected separately, and efficiency is greatly improved.
