Bathtub forming device

The invention relates to the field of bathtubs, in particular to a bathtub forming device. The bathtub forming device comprises a heating device and a clamping mechanism which is used for clamping the edge of an acrylic plate which is softened after being heated. The bathtub forming device also comprises a gas pressing device, wherein the acting force provided by the gas pressing device is uniformly applied on an acrylic plate surface in the range of a clamping region, so that the acrylic plate is deformed into a curved plate; the curved plate is fixedly clamped at the edge of a cavity of a forming mold; and the cavity of the forming mold is communicated with a vacuum environment, so that the curved plate is absorbed and is formed. Since the gas pressing device is adopted, the softened acrylic plate is uniformly deformed to form the curved plate; and in the process from the curved plate to a forming piece, only the shape of the curved plate is changed, and the variable quantity of the area of the plate surface is little, so that the wall thickness of the formed bathtub forming piece is uniform.
