The invention provides a method of enabling a blood pressure sensor to stick close to a wrist and intelligent wearable equipment. The method includes: acquiring a measured value of a pressure sensor; on the basis of the measured value, enabling a lifting mechanism in a micro mechanical mechanism to move up and down, and adjusting degree at which the blood pressure sensor sticks close to the wrist, wherein the pressure sensor is arranged between the blood pressure sensor and the lifting mechanism. According to the method, the blood pressure sensor can stick close to the wrist, and a user can adjust and control by himself or herself according to comfortable degree, so that accuracy of blood pressure measuring is improved.
