The display part displays option items and option conditions for cooking procedures. The operation change part indicates the change of the option conditions. The operation start part indicates the start of the cooking corresponding to the option cooking procedure. The control part inputs the indications come from the operation change part and the operation start part so that the display part displays the option condition, and the control part changes the option conditions by operating the operation change part. When the initial setting mode is in the start condition, the cooking procedure does not start even the operation start part indicates to start cooking. The heating cooker has the high practicability and convenience.
