Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a fiddlehead spore seedling-nursing substrate formed by 100 to 150 parts of humus, 20 to 30 parts of soybean meal, 10 to 12 parts of bone meal, 5 to 8 parts of silicate bacterial fertilizers, 1 to 1.5 parts of glycine betaine, 0.005 to 0.008 parts of spermidine, 3 to 5 parts of inosiol, 0.08 to 0.1 parts of Vitamin B1 and 0.24 to 0.3 parts of Vitamin B2. The fiddlehead spore seedling-nursing substrate possesses rich nutrients, loose and ventilating quality and certain water retention performance; fertility can be easily absorbed and lasts for long time; common vetch spore can be promoted to germinate in advance; common vetch spore seeding formation period can be shortened; and seedling-nursing period can be shortened.
