Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a support device that is easy to use and easy to put into a compact not-in-use state. Said support device is a head-equipped tripod (11), and the tripod (13) thereof is provided with a main tripod body (16) that has a mounting hole (17). Three legs (21) are provided on the main tripod body (16) so as to be able to pivot. A head mount (25) is removably fitted into the mounting hole (17). When the tripod is not in use, the head mount (25) is fitted into the mounting hole (17) such that the tripod head (14) is located underneath the main tripod body (16), and the three legs (21) are each set to a downward-pointing vertical state.
