The invention discloses a circuit board and electronic equipment. The circuit board comprises a first area for setting a switching device, which is used for receiving a first receiving signal; a second area which is used for setting a frequency-dividing device, which is connected with the switching device and is used for receiving an aggregate signal from the switching device while the first receiving signal specifically is the aggregate signal, and outputting a first signal and a second signal; a third area which is used for setting a first filter device, which is connected with the frequency-dividing device and which is used for filtering the first signal to obtain a first frequency band signal of a first frequency band; a fourth area which is used for setting a second filter device, which is connected with the frequency-dividing device and which is used for filtering the second signal to obtain a second frequency band signal of a second frequency band different from the first frequency band.
