The PDA is used to realize the functions of mobile network real-time communication, live recording and image capture and real-time upload, staff fixed-point positioning and file notification real-time issuing, the technical means with the combination of software and hardware is employed, and the implement of various working of the field is ensured effectively so as to improve the working ability and management level of project management.
