Method used for standardizing processing technology of radix aconiti

The invention relates to a method used for standardizing processing technology of radix aconiti. The method comprises following steps: (1) NIR data of radix aconiti is collected via near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy; and (2) PLS method is adopted so as to establish quantitative analysis models of NIR information with mono-ester aconitum alkaloids, diester-type alkaloids, and water content. The method can be used for predicting the contents of mono-ester aconitum alkaloids, diester-type alkaloids, and water in radix aconiti accurately, and can be used for rapid identification of processed radix aconiti samples, and determination of processing end point of processed radix aconiti; toxicity reducing and efficacy enhancing after processing are achieved via controlling of radix aconiti processing with the method, and resources are saved.
